Aracely played small roles in numerous films during the 90s. Her appearances were in Mujer Casos de la Vida Real (1996), El Alma notiene color (2007) and Alma Rebelde (2000). Aracely was chosen to play the lead role in Abrazam more intense that was transliterated to English in the form of "Embrace Me Tightly" in 2000. The role she played was Maria del Carmen alongside Fernando Colunga. The performance she gave in 2001 in this telenovela earned her an award for the Best Actress Award from the El Heraldo de Mexico Awards. Next year she portrayed Perla the character of a Mexican Telenovela starring Emilio Larrosa. The theme song also was sung by her. Aracely stopped her career on the big screen in 2008 to be the host of the TV show Todo Bebe venture into the theater. Aracely began her musical career with nursery rhymes that she sang to pay homage Francisco Gabilondo Soler. Aracely won three Billboard Latin Music Awards for Solo Tuya in 2003. Sexy is her 2005 album and was made by A.B. Quintanilla. She produced two soundtracks including Juntos tu y yo 'and La Patrona. Aracely revealed a new studio album in 2014. However, she has not been able to release the album.
